This Phase 1 project involves constructing 168 new multifamily affordable housing units on Front Street in Lahaina, replacing housing destroyed during the 2023 Maui Wildfires. Of the total units, 86 will be reserved for households earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), representing approximately 51% of all units.
