This project involves constructing 40 multifamily affordable rental housing units, replacing the original 20 units lost in the 2023 Maui Wildfires and expanding capacity to include an additional 20 units lost at a separate site. All 40 units will be reserved for households earning at or below 80% of AMI, representing 100% of the project’s total units.
